In early October 2025, a wave of emotion and pride swept through our team.
Nafas had the honor of supporting a truly unique moment: the inauguration of Villa Hegra in AlUla, a place where art and culture meet in the heart of the Saudi desert.

For this remarkable event, our agency was entrusted with organizing the arrival of VIP guests and artists invited to celebrate this opening — a symbol of dialogue between heritage and contemporary creation.

But our mission went far beyond that. We also had the privilege of managing the ground logistics for the French ministerial delegation, including the Minister of Culture and the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, who traveled especially for the occasion.

Between Paris and AlUla, our teams worked hand in hand.

From our Paris office, every detail was orchestrated with the precision of a finely tuned symphony: coordination of transfers, check-ins and check-outs across multiple hotels, management of restaurants, meeting spaces, and all on-site transportation. On the ground, our local collaborator ensured that every operation ran smoothly, anticipating needs and responding swiftly to last-minute requests.
